Delete your Challenges profile

A Challenges profile is only created if you open Challenges in the game and choose a nickname. You can delete it at any time: your in-game progress on your phone (coins, vehicles, levels) is not affected.

In the game (immediately)

1. Open Throttle Hills and, in the garage, tap Challenges.
2. At the bottom left tap Delete challenge profile.
3. Confirm with Delete.

Without the game (by email)

Write to info@innovateksoftware.com with the subject “Throttle Hills — Delete Challenges profile”, including your friend code (for example MARIO-4K9PX, shown in the Challenges panel) or your nickname. We delete the profile within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile (nickname, friend code, avatar, statistics), friendships and requests, your Challenges inbox, your online personal bests and the recordings of your runs linked to them. In challenges already played by other players your name is replaced by “—”; challenge recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days anyway. Reports filed about you may be kept for up to 90 days to prevent abuse.

What is not deleted

Progress saved on your phone and in Google Play Games saved games stays yours: it is removed by uninstalling the game or from your Play Games settings. For everything else see the Privacy Policy.
